An Interview On Goal Setting With Saint Belford

In 2018, while attending a mental health workshop with a close friend of mine, I decided to buy a raffle ticket and was lucky enough to win one of my favourite ever prizes to date – A Saint Belford Curation 2019 diary.

At the time I wasn’t really aware of what I has just acquired. I was under the impression that I had nabbed myself a simple daily planner.  However when I finally got home and opened up my new journal I realised that Saint Belford’s Curation 2019 is much more than your run of the mill diary.  It is a full blown lifestyle planner ready to help you ‘unleash the most vibrant version of yourself’.

The Black Dress

I’ve owned many a black dresses in my time. My wardrobe is predominantly a sea of black and navy, although I have recently ventured into introducing a little bit more colour into it.

A black dress is definitely a worthy wardrobe investment. It is the holy grail of must-have items in a woman’s wardrobe. Which is why I’ve decided to highlight this must have staple as my first style post for 2019.

Artist Profile – Jason Smith Photography

I have been wanting to publish today’s post on Jason Smith Photography for months now.

It has literally been MONTHS since I contacted Jason to see if he wanted to be featured on Lilt Blog, and it’s taken me MONTHS to finally write, edit and publish today’s post. Unfortunately 2018 was a bit of a slow year for Lilt Blog. I had such little time to write, and I wanted to make sure I did Jason’s work justice – That is why I have decided to feature Jason as my very first interview for 2019. Woohoo!

What To Do In Melbourne This Summer

I just adore this time of year. Hot days, sunny skies and if you’re one of the lucky ones, plenty of time to unwind, recharge and participate in fun summer activities.

I definitely am lucky this year, as I’ve taken a whole month off work (at my full time job).

So I’ve been researching lots of fun things to do around Melbourne this month and have come up with a nice list of activities which I hope you’ll love!
