Celebrating 10 years of Loré Loré Knitwear

You know it’s a good day when you wake up and it’s nice and sunny outside, you get to hang out with your husband & photographer friend, shooting fun fashion pieces (also designed and made by a friend) and there are horses involved!!!

Last week Grange, Kiah and I made our way to the North Eastern Horse & Pony Club to shoot some beautiful Loré Loré pieces.

We had a ball exploring the horse club, meeting the friendly members, and shooting against some of the gorgeous textures and little nooks we came across. We even made friends with a couple of horses. One poor little guy was missing an eye, but he still came over to have some fun and join in on the shoot.

Earlier this week I had the pleasure of interviewing the lovely Lorena Gonzalez of Loré Loré as part of my designer profile series, and today I get to share with you some of her hand crafted pieces styled specially for Lilt Blog. Each piece a statement in itself, featuring bold colours sure to brighten any day (especially in winter).

I simply adore Lorena’s eye for texture, shape and colour, and the fact that all of her pieces are hand-made with love make them extra special.

The best news is that if you’re heading to the Finders Keepers market this weekend Lorena will be offering on the spot customised beanies as part of Loré Loré’s 10 year celebration.  Customers will be able to select their own beanie/ pom-pom colour combo and she will put it together for them on the spot! How awesome is that!

Happy 10 years of Loré Loré! & Thanks Kiah for jumping in and joining in on the fun in front of the lens 😉
