Last week I was lucky enough to attend the opening night of the “Love, Desire and Riches” Exhibition at Rippon Lea House & Gardens. It was a lovely night filled with champagne, tulle and lots of talk on love.
“Love, Desire and Riches” is an absolutely stunning and beautifully curated exhibition of both rare and iconic wedding dresses spanning over 200 years of fashion. The collection includes gowns from designers such as Valentino, Akira Isogawa and Melbourne designer Gwendolynne, as well as some well-known costumes worn by international starlets such as Kate Winslet, Meryl Streep and Kylie Minogue (Ahem…Charlene from Neighbours…oh… AND Epponnee-Rae)
Unfortunately I did not have my trusty camera with me on the night, so this lonely iPhone shot will have to suffice for now.
