As an avid reader and fan of The Design Files for many years, I have never been more honoured than when I was asked to help judge the Textile Design category for the TDF + Laminex Design Awards on behalf of Warwick Fabrics , and next to Melbourne designer, Cassie Byrnes no less.
This year the TDF team is doing things a little differently, due to Covid, and hosting a livestreamed event on the TDF Design Awards website. The event will take place on November 5th, at 7pm and you can register here, or just visit tdfdesignawards.com to access the live stream.
I’ll be dressing up, pouring myself a mocktail and joining Australia’s design industry to celebrate the incredible creativity and talent that is on offer. I really cannot wait and hope to see you there too.
