It seems strange to be sharing images of me out and about. Especially as my current daily activities include going from office to home and not much else. I haven’t even set foot in a supermarket for a couple of weeks now thanks to online shopping.
However, I really do love these images that were captured one Saturday morning, before lock down, in the Melbourne CBD by my lovely friend and photographer Lei Lei.
I look forward to walking the city streets again one day soon (when we are able to again, ofcourse). I’m mostly dreaming of the simple things….
Popping on some make up and a dress, like this gorgeous Megan Park ‘Erin Midi Dress’, and heading out with Grange for a quiet walk around the city parks. Pop into a restaurant for lunch and a mocktail. My goodness I miss eating out! Maybe check out a couple of independent boutique stores and finish the day off with some ice cream on Spring Street.
But until that day, I still try to pop a pretty dress on a couple of times a week. I love dressing up, so it just helps me feel a little happier.
If you’re after a transitional dress that will last you forever, do check this one out. A major bonus is that it has buttons all down the front, so it can also be worn as a light coat throughout the year! And it’s crafted from the softest, 100% merino wool jersey and embellished with Megan Park signature embroidery. So pretty.
Until we can all have mocktails and walk in the city together again, stay safe, and I’ll see you over on Instagram. X Luciana
