Mister Zimi 'La Rose' Summer Dress -

Earlier this month my husband and I snuck off to Brisbane for a weekend away at The Calile Hotel. What I can only describe as the most beautiful hotel I have ever had the pleasure to stay at.

If you follow even a handful of Australian bloggers you’re likely to have scrolled past a number of images of this incredible building and holiday hot spot.

Unfortunately for Lilt Blog (but fortunately for me), although my intention was to take as many pics as possible whilst there, I was too busy being immersed in the beautiful design details, delicious food and poolside relaxation to work too hard.

I did however get to do a little sightseeing, plenty of eating and drinking, and even a little shopping.

The hotel building houses a number of incredible Australian designer boutiques on the ground level… and it is here that I picked up this Mister Zimi number.

The ‘La Rose Flossie Dress’ is a little more figure hugging than what I usually wear, but I wanted to try something a little different and ended up falling in love with the feminine cut and amazing colour and print.

This year I want to push my style further and try new silhouettes, colours and prints that may be a little outside my comfort zone.
