Three

Last week, Grange, Jeanie and I took the morning off to spend some special time together and capture some last minute moments as a little family of three thanks to the lovely Nina.

Getting Ready for Breastfeeding as a Second Time Mum

It’s go time! We are now counting down the days until baby number two arrives and I’m doing everything possible to stay focused and calm by preparing the things I can control.

One of those things is getting everything ready to give our new breastfeeding journey as much chance as possible and a big part of that is ensuring I have the right equipment and items to help me achieve this.

Number of one on the list is comfortable clothing and bras that will see me through the hours of breastfeeding to come.

Avalon

As a huge fan of The Lullaby Club I’ve had my eye on their popular Avalon Smock dress for quite a while.
Honestly the perfect dress for anyone!
I love it now at 39 weeks pregnant and I know I’ll love it post birth as it’s breast feeding friendly thanks to the button down front.
I also know many ladies who are not mothers who love it! its such a great style for so many different lifestyles

Apolline

Since becoming a mum, I’m all about versatility and comfort when it comes to clothes. The more ways I can wear a piece of clothing the better!

Today’s Apolline Coat-dress by Montaigne ticks all my boxes. Stylish, comfortable and versatile, this modern-take on a classic duster jacket can be worn unbuttoned as the perfect layering piece, or buttoned up and either loose or belted as a chic dress.

Hot Chocolate

Although prepping for baby number 2 has been harder in terms of time management, it’s definitely been easier in terms of knowing what I actually need to make life easier, and what isn’t really needed.

For practical clothing that will get anyone through the early months, I cannot stress enough how helpful breastfeeding friendly tops can be for busy mums on the go.
