It’s no secret that Megan Park is one of my favourite local designers . Her recent AW collection has got to be one of my favourite collections yet. Full of flattering silhouettes, versatile separates, gorgeous colours and amazing prints!
She also knows how to do prints really well, and todays Rosetta print (featured in the gorgeous Rosetta Silky Dupion skirt) is particularly lovely. Featuring a beautiful layered floral motif in bright pops of pink, purple and red contrasted against a deep plum base.
I adore these colours together. Warm and perfectly coordinated for maximum styling choices.
Today I’ve chosen to style the skirt with a beautiful cashmere roll heck jumper also by Megan Park (which is sadly now sold out, but still available in an alternative colour)
However, this stunning skirt would sincerely work with so many different pieces. Team it up with a simple tee for casual flair, with the Pansy Silk Cotton Shirt for work, or with the Rosetta Crinkle Crepe Blouse if you’re aspiring for that ‘I look like I’m wearing a dress, but I’ve actually cleverly invested in separates that I can style many ways’ look (perfectly acceptable for dinner and drinks).
This skirt is truly a keeper, versatile and flattering, with a super comfy elasticated waistband, & gathers that fall to create an easy longline silhouette.
It’s a timeless piece that I’ll certainly be wearing time and time again.
