It’s felt a little strange being cooped up inside the house the last few days, so I thought I’d brighten things up a little today by sharing some images that were taken by the lovely Lei Lei Clavey when we were still allowed to roam the streets freely.
Lei Lei and I spent a really beautiful morning enjoying one of my favourite places in Melbourne, Heide Museum of Modern Art, and had a blast shooting this cute dress by Miss Lilly Apparel.
The beautifully boho Empire Play dress is so lightweight and floaty as it is made out of silky soft 100% rayon fabric. I particularly love the shape of it, how it is cinched in around the waist and has lovely flared sleeves and lace detailing for a feminine feel. It also comes in a longer version if that is more your style.
I’ll be styling it over the cooler months, by wearing it with tights and a long sleeve top underneath for extra warmth.
